In a timely effort to align leaders with divine insight for national transformation, The Leadership Centre (TLC) has unveiled a new series titled “The Prophetic Pointers.” This initiative is designed to help leaders in government, missions, and the marketplace discern seasons, interpret national trends, and make strategic decisions rooted in spiritual intelligence.

This dynamic series was officially launched by Dr. Martins Atanda, Founder of TLC and Convener of the Leadership Institute. His vision is clear: to raise prophetic voices in all spheres of influence—politics, public service, business, and the Church.

What are the Prophetic Pointers?

  • A series of teaching sessions and reflections highlighting key spiritual and societal signals relevant to Africa’s leadership future.

  • Biblical principles are merged with contextual analysis of current issues affecting governance, leadership ethics, economic realities, and youth movements.

  • Delivered through blogs, in-person sessions, and virtual masterclasses hosted by TLC.

“Leadership must move beyond charisma and intellect. It must become prophetic—accurately reading the times and responding with courage, faith, and strategic action,” said Dr. Atanda.

Why It Matters

In a time where many nations are grappling with corruption, youth unrest, and leadership failure, “The Prophetic Pointers” aims to:

  • Equip leaders with discernment.

  • Inspire godly reforms in public policy.

  • Revive integrity-based leadership across Africa.

Audience & Reach

This series is targeted at:

  • Elected officials and aspiring politicians.

  • Marketplace apostles and kingdom entrepreneurs.

  • Church leaders and prophetic voices.

  • Students of The Leadership Institute across Nigeria and beyond.

The sessions also serve as a preparatory framework for participants in TLC’s Public Sector Leadership programme.

Looking Ahead

A Kingdom Shift in Leadership

This bold initiative reinforces TLC’s ongoing mission to raise transformational leaders who lead by light, not just logic.

“We are calling forth Daniels, Esthers, and Josephs—men and women who will lead nations through crises by divine wisdom,” Dr. Atanda emphasized during the launch session.
